Design Idea: China Hutch
Heritage Maple Arch in Natural
The one-piece
upper section of this hutch is a 48" wide wall cabinet modified to
15" deep and fitted with a custom front frame and four standard mullion
doors.
The bottom section of this hutch is constructed from three separate units.
In the center is an 18" deep custom modified B27/DD open cabinet,
flanked by two 18" deep B12/DD base cabinets.
This elegant china hutch is constructed from four components and would
grace any formal dining room setting. It stands 80" tall and is 63"
wide.
- Mullion doors are fitted with clear glass installed on location, as are
the clear glass shelves.
- Decorative end panels on the upper section along with doors and end panels
on lower section add dimension and depth.
- Large acrylic & brass petal knobs from the Designer Collection (D-22).
- Furniture base molding provides a flush toe area and the finished look
of fine furniture.
- The modified open cabinet's interior is finished to match the china
hutch exterior.
- An arch valance was used as a center rail on the modified open cabinet.G.The
wood top is constructed from a SP2484 side panel and trimmed with CTMF
furniture counter edge.
