Design Idea: Wet Bar
Laurel Hickory in Medium
The dart board is encased in a W4030 wall cabinet case custom modified
to 4" deep with field applied cork. Hide behind four reverse, piano
hinged, BER doors.
An under counter keg refrigerator sits in the corner and has been trimmed
with hickory bead board to match the rest of the cabinetry.
Compact and efficient, this wet bar can easily be tucked into even the
smallest corner of the family room, with sufficient space for a wine collection,
serving plates, glassware, a dart board and a keg refrigerator.
- Use silk bead board as paneling above base cabinets and trim with silk
mirror molding.
- Create a functional shelf using SP4812 and SHOE molding. Apothecary drawers
below can house darts, cigars and other game "essentials."
- A wine cubby, a VB15BH deep drawer base without the drawer and a VBD12BH
three drawer cabinet form the base unit for the prep sink area.
- Countertop and backsplash are edged with furniture base molding (FB1)
and wall units are trimmed with FB2.
- Combine a W3015PRC with a W3018 wall cabinet for an overall 33" cabinet.
Brighten the corner by using frosted glass in the doors and silk spindles
in the plate rack.
- A B36PTR base pantry cabinet with door racks that swing out and two half-depth
shelves in back is the perfect place to store snacks.
- Antique stipple swirl pulls (P-01) and knobs (P-02) are
from the Premier Collection.
